Attorney Benjamin L. Mills is an Attorney at Murphy & Dunn, P.C., a 2017 graduate of Southern Illinois University Law School, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. While completing his degree, he worked with our firm as a summer law intern and we are happy to have him return as an Attorney. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Peoria County Bar Association and the Tazewell County Bar Association.

Benjamin is a Pekin area native who attended Pekin Community High School where he excelled in both academics and athletics. A three-sport athlete, he graduated as one of the top students in his class while playing football, basketball and track. He continued his academic and athletic success at Eureka College, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree while playing football for all four years.

He brings his ambitious and winning attitude to our office and is willing to fight for you and your children to get the best result possible in your case.
