Dawn M. Bikin is the Administrative Assistant to General Manager Brandi L. Hogan and assists in all billing and invoicing issues for the law firm.

She handles the day-to-day billing operation for clients and works daily with Brandi as needed for business operations. Dawn has significant business and administrative office experience after leaving Caterpillar to join us in the private sector. Dawn works out of the Peoria office location.
